How Flat Fee MLS Listing Works in Washington

   Choose your package

   Pick Standard ($299, up to 25 photos) or Premium ($349, up to 50 photos). Both are 6-month MLS listings. You'll provide your name, contact details and the property address at checkout.

2. 02

   Complete your listing paperwork

   After you order, the listing team contacts you to begin. You'll complete the listing agreement and the property information needed for your MLS, along with the Washington seller disclosure statement that applies to your property type.

3. 03

   Send your photos and description

   Upload your photos and listing details. Your package determines how many photos appear on the MLS.

4. 04

   Your listing goes live

   Once your paperwork is complete, your listing is entered on the MLS that serves your area — Northwest MLS for most of western Washington, or the regional MLS for areas such as Southwest Washington, the Tri-Cities and Spokane.

5. 05

   Handle showings and offers

   Your contact information is shown on the MLS, so agents reach you directly. You schedule showings, review offers and negotiate. You can request status changes while your listing is active.

You stay in control

You set the asking price, decide when and how your home is shown, and choose which offer to accept. You are not required to offer a buyer-agent commission to list, and there are no closing fees.
